To access it you have to navigate to the Appearance / Menus.

Admin Panel → Appearance → Menus

To create a header menu you need to do the following:

• Click create a new menu.
• Drag all pages you have previously created in the menu. If you haven’t created any pages, click here to see how.
• To create a dropdown menu, create a custom link on the left sidebar. After you have done that paste in the NAVIGATIONAL LABEL - " • • • " and in the URL enter " # ". Okay after that is done, just drag the rest of the pages that you want in the DROPDOWN MENU below the link to the BOTTOM RIGHT like on the screenshot #33 below.
• Select header menu location ( see screenshot #34) & click save.

Create A Footer Menu

To access it you have to navigate to the Appearance / Menus.

Admin Panel → Appearance → Menus

To create a footer menu you need to do the following: Repeat the process from the description for the header menu above. Select FOOTER LOCATION now, and click save.
