FAQs General setting

To access this, please navigate Admin dashboard > Appearance > Customization > FAQs

You can manipulate the following options:

• Header text
• Subheader text
• CTA text & link - Enter the URL link and text for the button. Most frequently you can enter here 'Ask more questions'.

Add questions and answers

To access this, please navigate Admin dashboard > FAQ

To add a new FAQ you need to click the add new button and enter the following info:

• Title or your Question
• Answer

You can manipulate the order for questions by adjusting the post attributes on the right.
